Associate Dentist Wanted!

Join our thriving dental practice with two convenient locations and a steady stream of new patients (40+ per month per office)! We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Dentist to join the team.

About the Practice:

Well-established practice serving a primarily middle-class PPO patient base.
Supportive and collaborative environment with a practice owner who is willing to mentor
Utilizing the latest technology, including CBCT, iTero, and an implant system.
Focus on bread-and-butter dentistry but offering most procedures in-house including implant placement

About the Position:

Flexible scheduling options (2-4 days per week).
Excellent income potential with a commission structure that increases with collections.
W2 employment with comprehensive benefits (health insurance, 401k with employer match, and CE stipend). 1099/independent contractor options also available.

Ideal Candidate:

DDS or DMD degree.
Current Virginia dental license.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
