We are looking for an outstanding individual to join our US & Canada Strategic Operations team who is passionate about designing and building creative solutions to our most complex problems. You will work closely with our Leadership Team and drive alignment across the entire organization, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Support. Responsibilities Proactively identify opportunities for performance improvement in your area of ownership, such as growing supply and demand, segmenting our customer base, or improving our merchant experience. Scope, recommend, and take ownership of projects to deliver outcomes and keep leadership informed. Analyze data, build models, and extract insights to inform business decisions and policies. Advise senior leadership on strategy, defining key metrics, developing dashboards, and providing strategic insights. Collaborate with Product teams to guide solution development based on business and customer needs. Coordinate cross-functional work streams for product roll-outs across the US and Canada, setting and measuring KPIs. Minimum Qualifications 1.5+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, technology, operations, strategy, or analytics. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, strategy, operations, or analytics. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets or SQL. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Strong problem-solving, process-building, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in data analysis and insights.
