We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing primary care team in Texarkana, TX . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. Responsibilities:
Provide full-scope primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care
Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate treatment plans
Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using EMR systems
Ensure patient satisfaction, safety, and adherence to care standards
Qualifications:
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Texas
National board certification (AANP, ANCC, NCCPA)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in family medicine or primary care preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends)
