Overview of the Design Studio Specialist role You will inspire customers to express themselves in their homes. You will assist customers and complete sales at the cash wrap, promoting ongoing engagement and strengthening our brand connection. Responsibilities Assist clients through design consultations in-store and in-home to drive sales. Perform in-home consultations, including measuring and assessing living spaces. Create and present design plans tailored to client needs and preferences. Stay informed of current sales and promotions to meet sales goals. Assist customers with services like gift wrapping, registry, special orders, and deliveries, adhering to world-class service standards. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of the design studio assortment. Criteria Strong communication, clienteling, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage complex orders across sales channels. Design experience preferred. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail. Physical Requirements Mobility on the sales floor for extended periods. Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs. Full-time availability; part-time associates should be available on weekends and at least two weekdays, with flexible scheduling to meet business needs.
