Position Summary:

As the AOMSW SME, you will enable naval integration events by providing maritime-strike expertise, coordinating with Navy units, and leading planning and debrief support for surface warfare scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate AOMSW events with U.S. Navy agencies; serve as RTO at NAS North Island.
• Lead mission-planning, Sparkle, SSC, SCAR, and LRMS debrief analyses.
• Draft MOAs/MOUs and contribute to trend-analysis inputs for AARs.
• Interface with joint doctrine guides on DMO, Littoral Ops, and Agile Combat Employment.
• Maintain maritime-ops planning documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum 5 years' naval SUW experience; knowledge of DMO, Littoral Ops, and ACE.
• Proficiency in JLENS, LRMS, and related maritime-strike systems.
• Excellent coordination and technical-writing skills.
